Imphal, May 24 2021: Cadres of two factions of the Zelinagrong Uniteds Front (ZUF) engaged in an exchange of fire today at around 6.30 pm at a spot area between Noney Part 2 and Part 5 .

According to a source, factions led by Kamson and Jenchui were engaged in heavy exchange of fire for about 30 mins.

Assam Rifles post located near the place of incident also fired rounds in the air.
