Imphal, July 23 2020: Just a day after Chief Minister Nongthombam Biren filed a defamation suit against MPS officer Th Brinda and 11 others before the Civil Judge Senior Division Imphal East, a caveat has been filed before Session Judge Imphal East today.

M Rarry, Additional AG Manipur filed the caveat against MPS officer Th Brinda along with the order passed by Civil Judge Senior Division Imphal East yesterday in connection with the defamation suit.

It may be noted that the defamation suit was filed by N Biren against MPS officer Th Brinda, Editors and publishers of some local and National papers.
