Imphal, November 22 2010: District Concern Development Association (DCDA), Tamenglong has appealed to the authorities concerned to promptly released the pending fund under 2nd instalment/final (Cash component) of the Ist phase of IAY housing scheme (BPL) in respect of Tamenglong district where there are 1900 beneficiaries.

In a statement, DCDA chairman Agui Kamei categorically stated that it would not remain silent spectator if the pending fund is not released.
