Imphal, October 22 2019: Kangleipak Calendar Board has appealed to all concerned to observe this year's Ningol Chakkouba festival on October 29 and Fish mela on October 28 .

Speaking to media persons at South East Asia Cultural Organisation office in Moirang Leirak today, Kangleipak Calendar Board vice president Dr Moirangthem Surjit said that there is concrete proof that this year's Ningol Chakkouba festival falls on October 29 .
