Imphal, June 22 2020: Director of Transport, Mercina R Panmei has informed that the validity of fitness, permit (all types), learner license, driving license, registration or any other concerned documents whose extension of validity could not be granted due to lockdown and which had expired since February 1, 2020, will be treated valid till September 2020 .
