Imphal, July 20 2022:
With the government and its authorities concerned failing to give a positive response to the demands of Dhanamanjuri University Teachers' Association (DMUTA), the aggrieved teachers launched boycott of all PG and PhD/research related activities including all forms of classes from Thursday.
An emergency meeting of the executive committee of DMUTA was held on Wednesday at DM College of Arts and adopted several resolutions including launch of the class boycott stir.
However, in the interest of the student community, the duties related to the ongoing UG examinations will be continued with wearing of black badges.
The meeting further decided to launch more intense form of agitations, if the demands of DMUTA are not met even after the class boycott stir.
