43 AR organises International Yoga Week

Tamenglong, June 20 2019: With an aim to give awareness about the benefits of practising yoga on one's health, 43 Assam Rifles organised an International Yoga Week on the theme "Yoga for Heart" at the premises of St George School, today.

Town Commander of 43 AR, Major RK Sharma, Major Rajeev and Principal of St George School, P Lourdhrusamy attended the programme as dignitaries.

During the programme, different yoga poses were demonstrated to the AR's personnel and students by the experts.
