AR enlightens youth on career prospects

Imphal, October 19 2019: In order to acquaint and develop skills of unemployed youth in the region, the Lakhimpur Battalion of Churachandpur Sector under the aegis of HQ IGAR (South) conducted a career management lecture on "Alternate Career Options for Dropouts ".

A press release issued by IGAR (S) said that the lecture was based upon the career options available in the Armed Forces.

The students were acquainted and educated about various criteria's and entries that are there to join the Armed Forces, it said, adding that the lecture was conducted in conjunction with a national NGO called "Indo Global Social Service Society".

More than 100 peoples of various age groups attended the event and appreciated the help extended to them by Assam Rifles.
