Imphal, August 19 2019: 109 Battalion CRPF carried out extensive fogging at Mongsangei and its surrounding areas today to protect the residents from various mosquito borne diseases.

The fogging drive was conducted under the guidance of Commandant, 109 Bn CRPF Vinod Kumar, said a press release issued by the Commandant.

In addition to the fogging drive, awareness was raised among the locals to take precautionary measures from mosquito borne diseases.

The unit is making constant endeavour to discharge its social responsibilities towards the people through various civic friendly programmes.
