Imphal, February 16 2017: Central Agricultural University, Imphal has been conferred the ICAR-JRF Award (2nd position) by Union Minister Radha Mohan Singh for excellent performance of its undergraduate students in All India Entrance Examination conducted by ICAR, New Delhi.

The award was received by CAU Vice-Chancellor Prof M Premjit Singh during the annual conference of Vice-Chancellors of agricultural universities and Directors of ICAR institutes on February 14 in New Delhi.

Vice-Chancellor Prof Premjit Singh has congratulated the students for their excellent performance and also the staff members of CAU for their contribution towards the excellence of the university.
