AR conducts village security meet

Kakching, January 16 2020: Kakching Battalion of 28 Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (South) organised a village security meeting in view of upcoming Republic Day 2020 on January 16 at Sugnu in Kakching district.

The post Commander of Sugnu post briefed about the security scenario and requested for their cooperation in ensuring a peaceful atmosphere in the area of responsibility.

The village chiefs also assured to extend all their support to the security force.

The security meeting was attended by 15 chiefs from various villages.
