Lamka, July 15 2014: A propos to the news report of this paper on July 12, CWC Chairperson Rev Nicky Thanga has today clarified that the number of child soldiers taking shelter in the CWC Churachandpur was 8 and not 278 .

He clarified that he is the Superintendent of the observation home and also a Pastor.

Thus the number of child soldiers he had come across while on his Pastoral assignment was 278 while the official number of the kids who had seeks or taken shelter in the observation home was 8 .
