AR provides emergency medical aid to accident victims

Chandel, September 12 2021: Troops of Chandel and Tengnoupal Battalion Assam Rifles turned saviour for the victims of a road accident in remotely located Angbreshu village, Chandel district and provided emergency medical aid on September 11.On Saturday at around 7 pm a car with two passengers, plying from Moltuk towards Imphal, lost control at a road bend and fell down in a roadside ditch, said a statement of IGAR(S) .

After receiving information of the accident, a medical team of Assam Rifles rushed to the spot and rendered emergency medical aid to the injured and shifted them to Shija Hospital, Imphal for further treatment.
