Imphal, May 06 2015 : Members of United Committee Manipur (UCM) visited the Lai Lamthok hill today where unidentified persons fired several rounds of bullets towards a group of people who were taking part in the Lai Haroaba ritual yesterday killing one and injuring four others.

The Committee has demanded the State Government to take stern action against the group/organisation responsible for the action.

Aimol Saitu chairman Khuplar, during a meeting with UCM representatives today has assured all possible assistance in nabbing the perpetrators.
