Jiribam, November 02 2013 : The All Jiribam Contract Lecturers' Association, Jiribam-Manipur has expressed resentment over the alleged bias attitude of the Govt in releasing salary to regular teachers ahead of Ningol Chakhouba festival while ignoring the contract teachers.

A statement issued by the association secretary, M Romeo Singh also strongly denounced the suspension of a contract lecturer of Jiribam Govt Hr Sec School on charge of unauthorised absent long a long period while sparing a regular teacher for the same case.

The association would endorse and support the demands raised by the All Manipur Higher Sec Contract Lecturers' Association (Valley), it added.
