Imphal, July 28 2014 : An Indian rock python measuring about 8 ft appeared at Eastern Shine School in Moreh through a pipe fitted on the ground to siphon the water from the school campus.

The python was found peeping from the pipe by the school authority on Saturday.

As informed by an animal lover Moirangthem Somendro of Moreh Bazaar, the PFA relayed the information to Chief Wildlife Warden, Manipur.

Subsequently, the Python was rescued and then released back to a suitable site, according a release of PFA, Thoubal.
