Imphal, October 27 2015: Two persons including a driver of Manipur police were caught by people and thrashed after the two tried to steal one Honda Activa on Monday night.

The two has been identified as Md Ayajudin (35), son of Md Jamarudin of Yairipok Tulihal and Md Abdul Huk (30), son of Md Majaruddin.

Abdul Huk is a driver of Manipur police.

It said that the two tried to steal the Honda Activa from Sun Rising Club ground of Thongju Waikhom Khongnangkhong under Singjamei Police Station.

The owner of the Honda Activa was said to be playing housie game at the time.
