Drivers' unions submit memo

Imphal, February 11 2015: Senapati District Drivers' Welfare Union & Surface Transport Hills Area Drivers' Welfare Union of Manipur have submitted a memorandum to Deputy Chief Minister of Manipur and Director General of Police against the alleged extortion of money by policemen posted at Mao Gate.

The unions would go on strike if the matter is not resolved by February 20, a statement said.
