20 villages reeling under blackout

Imphal, October 07 2015: More than 20 villages in Noney under Tamenglong district have been left without electricity since the past one week.

One villager said that people have been reeling under hardship since the day when villages were deprived of electricity connection after a technical problem at 33 KV Power Sub-Station at Noney.
