Imphal, March 20 2015 : All Manipur Minorities Students' Union (AMMSU) has clarified that the news published in Hueiyen Lanpao Daily (Manipuri edition) of 20 march qouting a press release issued by AMMSU president MD Syed Nawas as his personal view point and no such investigation was conducted by the union and all consequences will be the responsibility of Md Syed Nawas, said a press release signed by 6(six) office bearers of the Union.

The release further stated that Vice President, Md Jamir Khan; General Secretary, Md Zeeshan; Finance Secretary, Potsangbam Bishwajit; Education Secretary, Ph Jackson Singh; Organization Secretary Y Taibangba and Sports Secretary, Md Yusuf have resigned from their respective posts.
