Chandel Police inspect shops in Japhou Bazar

Chandel, June 16 2021: A team of Chandel Police led by Chandel PS OC Inspector Potsangbam Surajkumar under the supervision of Chandel SP, N Madhunimai in association with the members of Japhou Bazar Authority inspected the shops in Japhou Bazar for strict COVID-19 protocol compliance and verified the Covid negative certificate of shopkeepers.

Speaking on the occasion, Surajkumar appealed to the public to follow the Covid Appropriate Behaviors mandated by the State Government and to provide their assistance in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic.

It may be mentioned that, the shops in Japhou Bazar were permitted to open from today as per the order of the DC Chandel, Mayanglambam Rajkumar.

The shops in the market were divided into two groups- Red & Yellow and were permitted to open from 7am to 12 pm .
