Imphal, July 05 2015 : Kshetrigao Monitoring committee
A committee titled Rural Development Monitoring Committee Kshetrigao GP 2 has been formed to look into various developmental works taken up by the government in the Zilla Parishad .

Y Samir Khan who has been appointed as the president of the association said that they will monitor the contributions of the peoples' representatives starting from the local MLA.

Tree plantation
Under the guidance of director AYSUH, the directorate of AYSUH and Integrated AYUSH hospital staff planted many fruits bearing plants and trees at the Integrated AYSUH hospital premises on Sunday under Van Mahotsav, over 300 saplings were planted.

Sewing machines presented
According to PIB Defence Wing, Senapati Brigade under Red Shield Division provided assistance to the local populace by presenting sewing machines to the Women Society of Koide village on Sunday for promoting women empowerment and financial upliftment of the villagers.

Aquarium exhibition extended
Manipur Science & Technology Council informed the general public that the ongoing 3rd state level aquarium exhibition cum flower show at Manipur science aquarium which was scheduled to conclude on July 5 has been extended up to July 9 due to the public demand and the stalls shall remain open from 11 am to 7 pm.

This was informed by Director Th Surendranath.

MEEU summons ex employees
Manipur Electricity Employees' Union (MEEU) has appealed to all former employees of Electricity Department, Manipur and those family members under die-in-harness scheme whose electricians had died during their service tenure after it was turned into Corporationto to come at Conference Hall of MEEU, Paona International Market Machin, Electricity Complex, on July 17 at 11 am.
