Imphal, December 01 2015: Art and Culture Secretary Kangjam Radhakumar handed over the 1Oth Chongtham Bimlabasanta Award 2015 to the former radio news reader and writer Khumanthem Prakash at a function held at Dev Literary Centre, DM College campus today.

The function began with Kangjam Radhakumar paying floral tributes to the portrait of late Chongtham Bimlabasanta.

The function was held under the aegis of Leimarol Khoijeikol (Leikol), Imphal.

Leikol president Kh Sorojini Devi and former JN Manipur Dance Academy, Imphal, vice-chairman Nongmaithem Tombi also attended today's function.
