Imphal, April 28 2015 : Manipur State Pensioners' Union (MSPU) leaded by Retd Principal of DM College of Commerce, S Sanahanbi Devi held sit-in-protest on Tuesday from 10 am to 3 pm at Singjamei Chinga Keithel to press the government to meet its demands including payment of due DR/DA amount and increment of medical allowance.

MSPU also held two minutes silence as a tribute to all victims of recent earthquakes in Nepal, Bangladesh and India.

This was informed in a press release issued by MSPU.
