Imphal, October 27 2015: A Team of Narcotic Cell, Imphal West conducted surveillance duty in and around Khuman Lampak, Namdulong and Dewlahland areas and held two vehicle lifters on October 24.In a statement, PRO Police said that the apprehendees were identified as Imram Khan son of late Fajur Rahaman of Yairipok Changamdabi Mathak Leikai and Javed Mirza (53), son of Aftab Mirza of Yusuf Building Chowk Maqsodd Ali, Baghpat Gate, Meerut, H No 680 Gh but presently staying at Thangal Bazar.

Investigation revealed that they had lifted TOYOTA FORTUNER 3.0L4WD bearing registration number No AP03AY/9999 from Meerut along with an accomplice-Syed Omer Aneeq Syed Namathullah of Zaminstanpur Musheerabad, HYD-0.Cases have been registered at Imphal Police Station and investigation is going on.
