Imphal, July 05 2014 : Taking serious note over the death of an 8 years old student of Evergreen Flower School, Thoubal Leishangthem Leikai in a road accident that took place at Thoubal Leishangthem Kelimkhong on July 3 morning in which 23 students of the school were also injured, Democratic Students' Alliance of Manipur (DESAM) has observed that failure on part of the government to implement transport policy for school van services in the State has led to such fatal accident.
