Imphal, March 29 2015: A State level discussion programme on the obstacles in development of Hindi language in the State was held on Sunday at Manipur Hindi Parisad hall here.

Manipur Hindi Parisad president Dr Takhelambam Kunjakeshore presided over the programme.

Dr Elangbam Vijyalakshmi and Assstant Professor of Hindi Department, Canchipur spoke on the issue, said a press release.
