PWD finally repairs pothole at Keishampat

Imphal, June 04 2014: A large pothole near Keishampat main traffic point in Imphal West district that had been left unattended for months has been finally repaired by the Public Works Department (PWD).

The repairing work on the deep hole in the middle of the road leading to Keishamthong was taken up by the PWD on Wednesday after Hueiyen Lanpao reported two days ago that the pothole had been disrupting traffic and caused mishaps.

Locals and routine commuters along the road have hailed the PWD as well as Hueiyen Lanpao for repairing the pothole.
