Imphal, March 25 2015: A one-day political conference of BJP Manipur Pradesh was held today at Keirao Makting under the aegis of BJP Keirao Mandal.

BJP core committee member S Tikendra and BJP Imphal East president Md Abullah attended the meeting as chief guest and president respectively.

Speaking at the gathering, S Tikendra asserted that BJP is not a party which discriminates or segregates people based on religion or community.

People of the country, after realizing all the misdeeds and rampant corruption committed by Congress leaders, voted BJP to power with a landslide victory in the 16th Lok Sabha election.

A BJP-led Government would be established in Manipur too after the next State Legislative Assembly election, claimed Tikendra.

He also sought public cooperation towards this end.
