Imphal, August 20 2021: Altogether 23 persons were detained by the police for flouting the mandated Covid guidelines from across the State, today.

From them, Rs 7,550 were collected as fines.

They were released after warning.

The police have so for collected a fine of Rs 2,56,18,110 from the Covid guideline violators.
