TSA defends Lhukhosei

Imphal, September 19 2015 : Thadou Students' Association (TSA), Chandel has clarified that Lhukhosei Zou has nothing to do with the use of Anal traditional shawl as table cloth during the installation ceremony of ADC Chandel on Sept 14 .

As an ADC member, Lhukhosei Zou was just one of the invitees to the programme.

In a statement, TSA said Lhukhosei Zou was elected as the chairman of ADC Chandel in compliance with the democratic principle of the country.

In the previous term, L Zou meted equal treatment among all tribes and communities of Chandel district, it said.

TSA appealed to the ALT to be optimistic.
