Imphal, December 17 2013: The Manipur State Minorities Commission will organise Minorities Rights Day observance programme on Dec 20 at Maharaja Chandrakirti Auditorium, Palace Compound.

The day has been generally observed on Dec 18.But due to inconveniences, it has been slated for observance on Dec 20, a statement issued by the MSMC said.

Chief Minister O Ibobi will be the chief guest while many dignitaries including members of the MSMC would also attend as the guests of honour.
