AMESCO celebrates Ningol Chakkouba

Imphal, November 16 2012: As part of its annual Ningol Chakkouba celebration, All Manipur Ethnic Socio-Cultural Organisation (AMESCO) hosted a grant feast at Khonghampat Awang Leikai Community Hall on Friday.

A total of 470 'Ningols' belonging to as many as 14 different communities attended the celebration.

AMESCO has been celebrating Ningol Chakkouba at community level since 1993 .
