Imphal, July 15 2024: As part of his campaign (solo walk), environmental activist Manikanta Mutum submitted a memorandum to Lamsang AC MLA Sorokhaibam Rajen on Monday.

The solo walk was flagged off by Arambai Tenggol leader Korounganba Khuman from Awang Sekmai yesterday.

During his campaign, Manikanta Mutum will meet the 40 MLAs of the five valley districts one after another and submit a two point memorandum to them.

Certification of people who plant and nurture the growth of a tree and making the tree plantation certificate a mandatory document to apply for Government jobs are the agendas listed in his memorandum.
