BCWA bans use, sale of intoxicants

Imphal, November 11 2024: Bamdiyar Chingmang Women Association (BCWA) has resolved to ban selling and consumption of any kind of intoxicating substances in the area.

Nongmaithem Ibeyaima, president of Bamdiyar Chingmang Association, in a meeting held at Manipur Press Club warned all the alcohol sellers in the area to close by 7 pm.

Anyone defying the association resolution must bear the consequences for their actions, said Ibeyaima.

She further urged all the people of the locality to support and cooperate the association resolution.
