Thoubal, September 10 2021: In a major political development, 122 people from Polling No 33/12 and 33/13 Lourembam joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Heirok Assembly Constituency today.

The new supporters of the saffron party were felicitated with saffron coloured shawl by the Heirok AC MLA, Dr Thokchom Radheshyam.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr Thokchom Radheshyam appealed to the public to provide their support in making Heirok Assembly Constituency a model constituency.

The programme was attended by Lourembam GP Pradhan nominee Sanakhomba and other prominent members of BJP Heirok Mandal.
