Chandel, October 08 2015: Anal Lelruwl Tangpi (Anal Students Union) has appealed to district administration, Chandel to arrange a Treasury Officer in-charge of Chandel district, as the TO has been on leave, reports our correspondent.

Due to his absence, salaries of employees are pending, which ultimately causes immense hardships to in-services & pensioners who solely depend on salary to manage their family, said the student body.
