Imphal, April 07 2015 : One day Legal Awareness Programme on the of remembrance of Rwandan Genocide was held on Tuesday in a function jointly organized by Royal Academy of Law, Oinam (RALO) and Bishnupur District Legal Service Authority (BDLSA) at the Seminar Hall of their College premises.

Former Minister Kh Pulinkanta ,Royal Academy of Law, Oinam Member Advisory Committee Ng Naba, Oinam Nagar Panchayat, Chairperson O Budhi, Royal Academy of Law, Oinam Vice Chairman, Govening Body O Ibochouba Khuman; District and Session Judge, Bishnupur M Manoj Kumar and Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bishnupur Binny Ngangon attended as Chief Guest, President and Guests of Honour respectively.

An Annual Newsletter of the College titled "Rule of Law" 2014 was released during the function.

They observed two minutes' silence to pay respect to the departed souls of Rwandan holocaust.

Over 200 local women, social workers, teachers and students attended the function.
