Imphal, October 04 2015: A peace and security meeting was organised jointly by Patsoi police station and Patsoi Post of 12 Bihar of 9 Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of Hqs IGAR (S) with Meira Paibees of Patsoi area to ensure peace and security in the area yesterday.

The meeting was attended by around 150 womenfolk and several youths, said a press release issued by PRO Hqs IGAR (S).

The ideas, suggestions and points to ensure peace and harmony in the area were discussed in the meeting and issues pertaining to women empowerment and welfare of people were also discussed.

It was also decided in the meeting that such type of meeting would be conducted regularly.
