Free medical camp held

Noney, May 04 2020:
The medical squad of Longmai Nature Club (LNC) and Noney forest division visited Luangraeng and conducted an awareness programme on COVID-19 outbreak, deforestation and forest fire and also provided free medical service to the people on May 2 and 3, a press release issued by LNC stated.
A total of 203 people with different medical needs were identified and free medical supplies were distributed to them, it said.
During the awareness session, the people were educated on deforestation and forest fire, standard precautionary measures and advisories for COVID-19 issued by Ministry of Health &
Family Welfare, etc.
