Imphal, September 03 2016: Governor Dr Najma A Heptulla has conveyed best wishes to the people of Manipur in general and the teaching fraternity in particular on the occasion of Teachers' Day 2016 .

The teachers are the guide to the students and without them the students would be ships without sail.

They are the hands that mould the future of the youths and their contribution in building the Nation and society at large is immense and should be acknowledged by all, the Governor stated in her message.
