Imphal, February 01 2016: People of Nambol today locked the office gate of MSPDCL, Nambol subdivision protesting the transfer of its Manager L Joykumar.

The locals also staged a sit in in front of the gate.

The protesters shouted slogans against the transfer of the Manager.

They warned of launching intense form of agitation un- less the transfer order is revoked within Feb 4. It is very unfortunate that the Govt is transferring a vi- sionary officer of the MSPDCL who is dedicated to enhance service in the area, they said.
