Training on nutrition gardening concluded

Imphal, September 30 2020: One month long awareness training cum demonstration on importance of Nutri Thali, Nutrition Gardening and Biofortified food for Food and Nutritional Security under Poshan Maah organised by KVK, Chandel concluded today.

The main aim of the training programme was to make aware about the importance of diverse nutrition for healthy living for AW workers, farm women and adolescent girls.

During the programme, nutrition garden was established at Anganwadi Centre, Mahamani, Chandel as a model for Chandel as a part of Poshan Maah celebration, said a release.
