Imphal, October 27 2015: Medical camp held
Manipur Terriers' under the aegis of Red Shield Division conducted a Medical Camp at Zadonang memorial Hall, Kambiron on October 23.According to PRO Defence, over 500 local peoples from Kambiron, Kekru Keki, Naga, Kaimai, Borah, Rengpang and Nungba village attended in the camp where medicines were distributed free of cost.

Snake bite victim saved
Medical team of 2 Assam Rifles of 9 Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of IGAR (S) saved the life of one snake bite victim on October 25.According to a statement issued by PRO HQ IGAR (S), the victim was identified as Mitesh Kumar (9) of Khekman village.

He was bitten by an unidentified snake while returning back from farm along with his family members.

KYKL cadre held
Troops of 16 Assam Rifles of 10 Sector AR under the aegis of HQ IGAR (S) launched counter insurgency operation in the general area of Taretkhul and nabbed one KYKL cadre on October 25.According to PRO HQ IGAR (S), the apprehendee was identified as Batch No 02 of 2002, Sanasam Tenden Meetei (28), son of S Manglemjao of Tumukhong Awang Leikai under Yairipok Police Station.

The apprehendee was handed over to the Sagolmang Police Station.
