Court stays Heritage Convent case

Imphal, July 10 2014:
As per an order passed by the High Court of Manipur on July 9 in connection with WP (C) No.454 of 2014, the proceeding of the complaint case no.14 of 2014 filed by Ayekpam Keshorjit Singh before the Manipur Commission for Protection of Child Rights has been stayed.
Informing this in a press release, Sanjenbam Vikram, Executive Director of Heritage Convent, Uripok Bachaspati Leikai today said that school authority, however, in the interest of the student had advised the parents to bring their ward to the school at the earliest during visiting hours as done in the case of other two students who were involved in the same case.
