Judicial commission invites statements

Imphal, August 04 2015: The one man judicial inquiry commission headed by Justice Mutum Binoykumar Singh, (Retd) Judge of Gauhati High Court has invited statements relating to the death of Sapam Robinhood on July 8 .

By a government order issued on July 25, the inquiry commission was constituted and it will be presided by Justice Mutum Binoykumar Singh (Retd).

The inquiry commission shall look into the cause and circumstances which led to the death of Robinhood, whether there were any lapses or excesses on the part of the security personnel and to recommend corrective measures.

The commission is inviting statements from all departments, organisations, individuals who have knowledge of the facts.

The statements preferably in English shall be received till August 31 .
