Old age pension distributed in Sagolband

Imphal, June 30 2015 : Social Welfare Department with the help of Sagolband Progressive Committee on Tuesday distributed old age pension for Sagolband A/C at two places.

RK Imo, MLA Sagolband A/C said that old age pension of Sagolband Ward No 7 and 10 was distributed at the play ground of Sagolband Bijoy Govinda and forward no 8 and 24 it was distributed at Wahengbam Yumjao Lairembi Community Hall.

Attending the function DSO Imphal West, Th Ahanjao said that following the unfortunate incidents that happened recently causing inconvenience to aged persons Social Welfare Department has started distributing pensions at convenient places taking advice of MLAs.
