Pradhan extends monetary assistance to differently abled people

Imphal, June 26 2021: Pradhan of Phumlou Gram Panchayat, Meisnam Manikchand donated his monthly honorarium to the differently abled people within the Panchayat.

As promised by him before the Panchayat election that he will donate his honorarium to the differently abled people, he extended monetary assistance to around 58 differently abled people under Phumlou Gram Panchayat today.

Speaking on the occasion, Meisnam Manikchand expressed happiness on being able to fulfil his promise and extend help to the differently abled persons who are facing many hardships.

Further he clarified that he is not related in any terms with the incident where a person from the Gram Panchayat who is on bail was arrested by Special Commando Unit of Khabeisoi and appealed to all concerned to abstain from spreading false and baseless rumours.
