Imphal, October 07 2015: A team of Bishnupur district police commando along with women police arrested one cadre of URF while conducting search operation at Bishnupur bazar on Oct 10 .

According to a statement issued by the PRO of Police Dept, the arrested URF cadre has been identified as Thangjam (N) Ngangbam (O) Mola Devi alias Bimola (45) w/o Ng Mani Singh of Malom Mamang Leikai.

Investigation revealed that she was involved in demanding money from local leaders.

Incriminating articles were seized from her possession.

A case has been registered at Bishnupur PS and investigation is going on, it added.
