Imphal, August 06 2015: In separate incidents, two persons were found drowned, police sources said on Thursday.

The first incident took place at Ithing Kunjao Mayai Leikai.

The deceased was identified as Moirangthem Nilo (54), son of Late Moirangthem Manikhomba.

He had gone out for fishing in the Loktak Lake at 10:30 pm on August 3 .

The body was found on Wednesday morning from the Ithing Thangjing Ningthou area.

He left behind his wife, four daughters and one son.

In another incident, one body was found at Wangoo Laipham under the Sugnu Police station.

The body was identified as that of Loitongbam Nimai (20), son of Late Loitongbam Sanaba of Wangoo Turel Wangma Ahalalup.

He left his home on August 4 .

The boy was found on Wednesday from the Laipham Chuthek.

Police have registered cases relating to unnatural deaths of these two persons.
